Anna was very customer service oriented! She really helped me when I was indecisive and my order got messed up because of all my questions (I wanted 2 salads, but just got one and rice)that confused things. Anna and another team member quickly responded and simply corrected my order.
We love how kind and welcoming the Poway Luna grill is! The manager Maria always makes our experience so wonderful . We brought our two toddlers and Maria went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The kids love the food and ate so much. It was a great family dinner out for us. Thank you Maria and team. See you next time.
