Let me tell you about Oliver who works at the spectrum . Greeted me with a smile, actually asked me about my day and then followed up later to see if I liked the food. Why aren’t there more Olivers out there? Most of the interactions I have with younger workers are perfunctory. Little eye contact, no smile and just vacant looks. Interactions with the public can be draining, but just the acknowledgment of me buying food was nice.
Oliver provided us the best service. His smile and warm welcome provided us a great experience. His recommendations were spot on.
