First visit was June 9th and I showed up as a first time patient. Filled out some simple paperwork and waited. Arrival was at about 10:50am, and parking lot was nearly empty. I didn't think I would be waiting in the lobby for as long as I did. They passed me into one of the rooms at around 12:44pm, then still waited another hour and 10 minutes for the doctor. Don't let Luna become your doctor! I'm here sitting waiting on my mother her appointment was at 9 45am just for her results it's already 11 31 and my mother is still in that room and the doctor hasn't checked on her 00000 stars for this place
Very good place but ur phone isn’t working
I had an appointment at 10:30am it is now 1:33pm and I still haven’t been seen by the nurse practitioner. I completely understand there could be some delays but it’s ridiculous a 3 hr wait for having an appointment. Will be changing doctors soon due to this.
My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, but I wasn't seen by the Nurse Practitioner until 11 AM. While I understand that delays can happen, a two-hour wait is excessive and reflects poorly on time management and patient care. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling practices to respect patients' time in the future.
