Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the level of communication at the clinic. Instead of the expected respectful dialogue and partnership approach, I encountered a rigid and unconstructive reaction from the doctor.
Honestly, my whole life I’ve been traumatized by past dental experiences like, they messed up my teeth more than they fixed them. So for years, I just couldn’t trust any dentist again.
