Ok for sit-down mexican food – When in the mood for mexican food, we usually go to Abuelos, but we wanted some tortilla soup, which seems to be the best dish at Luna de Noche. The location on highway 75 had shut down, so we decided to try this one on Preston and Plano Parkway. Parking was good, and seating was prompt. The seating is very open. Poor Customer Service – I had a poor waiter and poor food. I tried to contact the restaurant several times to voice my concerned, but never received a response.

Depends on what you order – Luna de Noche has great salsa and great margaritas. However, the menu items are hit and miss. The enchilada verdes are nothing to write home about, but the tacos de Luna were quite good, slow cooked shredded beef simmered to perfection.
No, Thanks! – I enjoyed my food, but the restaurant was extremely loud even before the staff turned up the music. Holy moly! It was worse than any "kids night" in a typical Coppell restaurant! Even after I took out my hearing aids, it still was so noisy inside that I rushed through the rest of my dinner so I could leave sooner. I won't go back.
Awesome – Luna De Noche is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Dallas. The food and the service are very impressive and VERY affordable! I have been to the locations in Plano and the one on Forrest.
