They were really friendly throughout but I just wished they kept up with communication more. There were many delays and setbacks in the process and none of it was communicated until we asked for an update. While missing our original goal date was not a big issue for us, it caused a bit of frustration from being kept in the dark for up to a month at a time before we'd prompt them for an update.
