Had weekly cleaning service, just twice, pretty good. Fancy designs with your toilet paper but mediocre on floors and baseboards/dusting. By third service they canceled on me the morning of before I was going out of town. Punctuality, consistency, and professionalism are most important to me. If you cancel on me the morning of after confirming just the night before, while I’ve stripped all beds, and pre-cleaned for you to come, you lack any kind of professionalism in my book and have inconvenienced me significantly. They did a great job. House is clean and smells great. Did a super job mopping all the hardwood floors. Will definitely use again.
