Thomas from maintenance did a great job on our unit. Nice place to live. Kudos to all the staff in bell Lafayette.
Several minor repairs which were scheduled very quickly. Thomas did a fine job attending to them.

4/20/25 update. Upper management company stopped sending us requests to rate them which I greatly appreciate. You can't rate a living complex within a week or month of them taking over. Now, I feel more comfortable rating them and I'm very happy with everything they're doing. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with respect of our home.
