The management team here has been great to work with! They are quick to help out and timely with their responses. The maintenance team responds to requests ASAP and are through and friendly.

It is a nice place to live in! Quiet, convenient and close to downtown Lafayette! The maintenance was great! I put in an order to fix our garbage disposal and they fixed it right away!
I absolutely love this complex! I moved in about a month ago and have been loving it ever since :) I just read a really negative review and want to leave my personal experience thus far. The management team has been really great and are very friendly. I had a work order put in once I moved in (garbage disposal) maintenance came the next day and fixed it. Sadly, I happened to renew my lease right before new management took over. While I understand they’re brand new and trying to get everything together the apartments have changed dramatically. There’s dog poop everywhere on the grass. The dog washing station is never working and they keep putting off maintenance on the pool. The new tenants smoke a ton of weed and party all night. The buildings need a ton of maintenance on the outside and inside and basically the peaceful place that used to be is not existent. I would highly ... read more
