Luna and Boo is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the space — it’s cute, chic, and beautifully designed, with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were helped by Janine at the Coquitlam location, who was incredibly professional, kind, and so patient throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place for ear piercings! I had my daughter’s ears pierced here, and the staff were very attentive, professional and maintained excellent hygiene standards. They also kindly helped me change her earrings three months later to a pair I already had. Great experience overall!

Amazing service! The lady who helped me was so sweet and made the whole process incredibly comfortable. She gave me the best suggestions and was super helpful from start to finish. I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!
