Permanent bracelet - she was so kind and friendly. The process was quick and easy. I brought my 2 toddlers in with me and she was very kind to them as well, and helped with keeping them busy! Love my bracelet, loved the experience! I changed my mind a week later and switched wrists and wanted the fit tighter, and she made the adjustments no problem, covered under the 1 year warranty.
