Kari-Ann has such a calm and reassuring vibe about her. Her initial evaluation is thorough and met with warmth and empathy. I’ve been to other acupuncture offices, where the person doing the treatment felt rushed. This is not the case here at all. She takes her time with you, and is intentional about how she moves about the room and speaks with you while you’re coming out of your “acu-nap”. Kari is wonderful! I was experiencing so much nausea and discomfort during my first trimester and acupuncture helped me so much! After my first session, I felt much better. I continued to go for another 2-3 months and I always looked forward to it. 10/10 recommend.

I first saw Kari when I was experiencing early labor. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and help me feel better. Kari has a calm to her whose warmth and voice made me feel cared for and at ease. I am extremely grateful to have met her during the final days of my pregnancy. Only wish I had met her sooner.

First experience with acupuncture and it was incredible. Highly recommend. Make sure to get the cupping as well.
