Kari-Ann is absolutely wonderful. Taking the time for myself to visit her was a great experience toward the end of my pregnancy. She is warm and inviting and really creates a safe space, which allowed me to unwind and let go of all the worries a new baby brings. Highly recommend :)
Kari-Ann is so sweet and accommodating. We took an accupressure class with her which was super helpful in pregnancy and labor. She cares about educating, which we love. We also had an acupuncture appointment with her to trigger labor and as my first acupuncture experience, she was very helpful and talked me through all of it. Luna was my first experience with acupuncture and it was fantastic! It was super relaxing and you don't even notice the needles once they are placed. I was pregnant at the time and going so I could have help with my hands falling asleep at night and though it didn't stop that from happening it stopped the intensity that it was happening so I was able to sleep better. This was my first experience with Acupuncture. I was apprehensive to say the least. I had an amazing experience and was talked through how the process was going to be. As the process was explained to me they helped me feel calm and relaxed and enjoy the process.
Very knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend her I saw her for my pregnancy for induction and postpartum and was very pleased with her treatments
