As of March 2026, I have had nothing but very nice experiences with my residence here! Scott Nelson has been very attentive and very knowledgeable in making me feel at home! Thanks Scott, I know that I've made a wise choice.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I lived here for a total of 4 years. I had countless issues with unsafe neighbors, loud music at countless hours of the night, not to mention the management company and property managers never lasting more than 6 months. I moved out and they sent an egregiously large and baseless debt to collections immediately. I was a perfect tenant, always paying rent, and I left the apartment spotless. A solid apartment, rough start with management team (they dropped us through the cracks a few times) however they have new people in the office and they are actually getting stuff done. The building has been having security issues (doors not locking, a housekeeper asked if we saw the guy living in the trash room on 5th floor). Over all an okay apartment, won’t be resigning as this apartment won’t service us anymore. Additional, if you need closest space a 2 bed apartment is not worth it.
Unfortunately, management at this apartment has become extremely unstable. We have just experienced another manager change again! The current management team does not respond to emails which makes it very difficult to resolve even basic issues. The parking situation has also become chaotic. I pay for a designated parking space, yet different cars park everyday next to or in my paid spot recently sometimes. I did make a complaint this by email but there no respond.
