Great clothes, great service! – I have always had a great experience at Luna. My latest trip in, I went to buy one dress, but the sales person was so nice and helpful that I walked out with 2 dresses, jeans and more! She stopped to help other people, but that is expected. I never feel rushed or pressured in here. The prices are a bit high, but that's to be expected for the clothing brands.
Nice Clothes, Poor Service – The clothes at Luna are very nice, but definitely pricey. The employees are rude, and the customer service was poor at best. I was not even greeted when I walked in the door even though two employees were standing there. I say go elsewhere.
Best boutique in Charlotte – Stop in this women's clothing boutique if you're looking for the perfect outfit or pair of designer jeans. Great service and excellent location in South Park.
