Salesman just refused to sell me flowers. No explanation why
Ms. Ling - believe she is the owner. She is very friendly and with the can do attitude. She explained my questions and concerns with a lot of patience… this counts a lot to the customer! When we order flower wreath for funeral- we are with heavy heart already and didn’t know what is best fit. But, Ms. Ling has an excellent customer service that’s we appreciated. Good business - not for funeral but for weddings, shops grand- opening….etc. Appreciate it.
