Gave these guys a shot at a boundary survey. It came back very remedial and was crammed together. Not the best quality product I've seen and their prices are very high and Covid-era like still for some reason. Since they had a base survey I gave them another chance at a plot plan for my home build which they miserably failed at. Couldn't take requirements and direction to develop a logical plan for me. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend.
After having a bad experience with a previous surveyor, Lumsden Associates went above and beyond to help us out! I dealt with Larry the majority of the time. He was very thorough, prompt, friendly, and, very professional. He was very understanding of my situation and went the extra mile for us! I really appreciate everyone’s rapid assistance during my urgent matter! The field crew was super knowledgeable and friendly as well. We enjoyed talking to them while they were on the property.
