I highly recommend Lumsden Associates. They surveyed two properties for me in the past year. Both times they worked quickly and provided clear, professional surveys. Excellent product. True professionals.
Surveyed over 100 acres for us
Gave these guys a shot at a boundary survey. It came back very remedial and was crammed together. Not the best quality product I've seen and their prices are very high and Covid-era like still for some reason. Since they had a base survey I gave them another chance at a plot plan for my home build which they miserably failed at. Couldn't take requirements and direction to develop a logical plan for me. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend.
