Good experience buying a van from Ralph. Fast and easy
Everyone (mostly Cliff) was so nice and easy to work with. I had to wait for my car to arrive and they communicated the entire time with where it was and any updates to the arrival date. Cliff was my sales person and Alex for the financial side. I have purchased my fair share of cars over the years and highly recommend seeing them, not high pressured or pushy at all, super easy to chat with and it seemed that way all around by observing so I don’t think you can go wrong unless you go elsewhere.
Again, I made the right decision in selecting Lum's Toyota. I have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family. Thanks to Josh Hicks for exceeding my expectations in professionalism and helpfulness.
