Great service with friendly staff they took care of me right away
I had some warranty work done and Cody who is awesome thought it would take several days to order the parts. One of the Service Techs found the parts sooner and it It was done the next day. I can not speak highly enough about the great customer service and how friendly all the employees are
We had an incredible experience with this company. Everyone involved went above and beyond to help my wife get her dream car. This vehicle was very hard to find and we did a whirlwind trip from Alaska to this awesome little town to get the only one in the entire northwest! They had the vehicle ready and turned us around and out of the dealership in under an hour all while providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced buying a car - which I do often. after a total oil change failed reset oil % gauge
My experience was great! I am satisfied with my purchase. I feel like they care about their customers. I had to get a new battery recently and when they heard about the car accident my child and babysitter were in that day Lums replaced my battery that day and told me not to worry about the bill it's on them this time. I almost cried happy tears. Thank you Lums for that!!
