Purchased a used 21 Ram 2500 from out of state. Truck had a clean title but arrived with small dents and had body work done to one of the doors. My fault for not seeing it in person first but have had good luck with other dealers (Dave smith) while doing this. The real problem came when I was trying to wire the purchase amount Tracy in finance had a problem with wanting to send me a purchase agreement with out sending funds. Very good customer service
Very nice company, great communication, good price. It sold before we could make the 3 hour trip to see the car due to forest fires all around where we live. We were fine but no direct way to drive to Warrenton.
Excellent and responsive service by Jody (my sales rep). Provided answers to all questions I had and was patient during my due diligence process. Their financing was very competitive and that which I ultimately chose to go with. Highly recommend!
