HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I stopped with my family at the lumpys mobile truck while we were at the rolesville fun days, and after we were served our 2 (two) kid size cones we were charged $5 for each cone. What!? Isn't that considered price gouging? We frequently visit the shop on Waite avenue, and only pay 1/3 of that. I'm very disappointed, and I'll think twice about visiting their shop again.
