Lumpy is an awesome human being and a thorough professional. He runs a small bicycle business from his backyard in Peterborough. We went looking for a bike for our younger daughter but unfortunately we couldn’t find the one that fit her size and requirements. Tried to speak to the owner to just ask if he was interested in a bike and was basically ignored and disregarded
I did not buy a bike from this man. I was about to buy one, but I did not have enough cash. I left a deposit and when I came back I had questions about the shocks on the front forks . He said it worked, which they did. I also wanted to see the gears in action while on the stand because I had only ridden it for about 10 minutes and I had not tested them out to my satisfaction. He said "no, we are done" and suggested I shop at another store, which I will not name. He then gave me deposit back and that was that. I respect that.
