Greatest management company ever. From the business office to the maintenance people and the leasing agents all the way up to the owner himself these guys are great to deal with. I've had my business in 3 locations and theirs was the only one I was happy with. The build out was done exactly as I asked and they used quality materials (6 panel doors, nice baseboards, new ceiling tiles, and no cheap flat paint anywhere). It was my first commercial lease and I was uncomfortable taking responsibility for the HVAC (didn't know how old or how well maintained it was) so he agreed to take responsibility for it for a slight fee each month.
