Beautiful work by LUMOS! You can really see the high level of technique and care in every detail. The bouquet was perfect and made my birthday feel extra special.
Took a wedding order and then completely disappeared on the wedding day. I am a wedding guest and witnessed this firsthand. Because of this, the bride had to buy a last-minute bouquet from Woolworths on her own wedding day. A once-in-a-lifetime event was ruined. A business this irresponsible should not be operating. Avoid at all costs.
AVOID THIS FLORIST. TERRIBLE SERVICE！ Booked this florist for our wedding and paid a deposit. On the wedding day, they completely ghosted us. No show. No flowers. No contact. Calls unanswered. Messages ignored. No warning whatsoever. This caused chaos on my wedding day. While I was getting ready, my friends were desperately running around trying to find any open florist to replace them.
