No matter how smart you think you are..there are things like bedside manner and being humane which I think is important.
He cut me off. He refused to speak further. Just an inhumane experience. He should spend his time helping people and not acting I couldn't be bothered.

My experience with Dr. Chien's office was very poor. While the waiting time was limited, the treatment I received from the Nurse at the office was poor. I was misdiagnosed on two separate occasions, and when I expressed my concern to Dr. Chien about it, he did very little to remedy the situation. I rarely write reviews for anything, but I recommend avoiding this office at all costs. There are far better dermatologists in the neighborhood.
