After a long time away from the dentist, Dr. Patel and her team worked with me to build a path forward and patiently explained my options. Not only did she make information easy to digest, she answered every question I had. Pricing is fair and clearly explained. The office is clean and well maintained. Being able to watch TV and have an eye massage were perks I never thought I'd see at a dentists office. I have been going to Lumos for the last 6 months. I had a really bad experience with another dentist in town, and I did not want to visit a dentist ever again. So I was very nervous going to Lumos the first time. Dr. Patel and crew were great about putting me at ease and changing their type of service to meet me where I needed until I was comfortable going to the dentist again. Great staff. Great atmosphere. I’ve been living with some discomfort for almost a decade. I’ve brought it up to several dentist and I was always told everything’s fine. Dr. Patel picked up on this area of my mouth immediately without me mentioning it. It’s been several days since the repair and I have to say I’m extremely satisfied. Thanks again!
