Great location. Madison and Dr. Patel took care of me quite well. I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably 15 years or so, it’s certainly a decade long in making, and I was dazzled by the modern bit of technology they put on your face: glass’. Helps with the lighting. Anyway, they welcome new guests with a sign outside with your name on it and follow up with a goodie bag. Felt like real magical service. I had been putting off going to the dentist for the longest time because I do not enjoy going to the dentist. The hygienist Madison made me feel so comfortable during the whole process.
Unfortunately I do have to change my 5stars to a Zero Stars, I have procedure back on January and so many more after care and the procedure left me a big sensitive on my left side, last time I went there I paid a procedure out of pocket after they do my procedure for a sensitive care and medicines, that didn’t work and my sensitive went worse, at today on June is still very very rough to me because before the procedure I haven’t any sensitive pain as I have now after procedure. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The staff were all incredibly friendly especially Madison and Dr. Patel. They made this experience great and even though it was my first time there they treated me like I was a lifelong patient. I am glad I finally found a great dentist in the Central Florida area.
