I was treated very well during the study. The staff was always responsive to any question and anticipated any need. The study coordinator was present and ready at every appointment and helped to arrange a convenient Schedule. The doctor was friendly and happy to explain or answer any questions. All was very professional.
Participated in a trial, and it was an amazing experience. The staff is very attentive to ongoing needs, and they really show an interest in my wellbeing which makes it a very comfortable environment to be in. I feel full trust in the team at Lumos, and that is what matters most.
