She had been my Dad's Doctor for years, he started complaining during the spring that he always felt exhausted and had no appetite, she did nothing-My Dad passed away from stage 4 cancer Aug. 13. Probably still have the same outcome because of his age but if she would have ran test, we would have had more then just a few weeks from the hospital finding it to his passing to prepare for it. I don't he stayed with her because he always said she was nothing but a pill pusher
Rushed through the appointment, not thorough, not very helpful at all. Too bad insurance companies don’t cover Hollistic medicine if so I would have never even taken the time to see her.
Spent a lot of money and time with no real improvements with Dr. Lumley. I finally went to a psychiatrist who was a god-send that was able to find deficiencies in my blood work that contributed to my depressed mood and GAD. Found a new PCP and one I really love who listens. At Lumleys office I would be waiting 35 min plus for a 10-15 min appointment and didn’t feel like this provider spent enough time with me.
Dr Lumley is an excellent Dr. She takes the time to talk and listen to your concerns, she explains everything.
While I respect dr. Lumley’s competence and professionalism, her staff is the reason I am seeking another PCP. They do not return phone calls, do not react to requests and do not forward critical information to other medical establishments upon request. I would have to describe her staff as incompetent and unprofessional. Have had at least four occasions when they failed to follow through on requests....if they answer the phone or return a call!
I was a patient for 20+ years. At first care was great. The doctor and staff have gone down hill. They miss results of tests not treating problems that should be with proper medications. The office staff has become SO rude and it is allowable. When you voice your concerns they send you a letter of a dismissal from the practice. (guess they can't handle truth) But thankfully I have made the choice to find another doctor, who truly cares about the patient. I was a patient for 22 years, at first Dr. Lumley was wonderful, they office was accommodating and friendly. It steadily has gone down hill, from needing to schedule an appointment to requesting tests that were recommended by another office only to tell you no. The level of care has decreased, situations were missed with symptoms that you had let the Doctor know to tests that proved other measures and different medications that should have been prescribed. Refused to give me a doctors letter for injury and asmatha and I waited for over a 1hour passed my appointment before I was even seen in pain and messed up on getting my meds with pharmacy
Says they call in prescription so you keep calling pharmacy to find out they never called it in and you can’t reach them very poor service
