I highly do not recommend this man or any of his properties. I was shown several disgusting houses and even sadly still tried renting two of them was even told he excepted the program that I’m in on four different occasions and then at last minute denied me because of my program but it’s okay because they’re all “trash” anyways hence forth the low rental rate. Should do a zero because I asked if they accepted hud and the husband said if I’m on HUD I have no place in renting a place that’s 1500 a month
