Learn how to install a product that doesn't fail almost immediately. Also, would be nice if there was no service charge every time a tech came out to repair or replace parts on this brand new broken water system.
Have a system that needs serviced, and tech constantly cancels on me. Doesn’t call the morning of and then will show up when I specified I will only be home after a certain time. One time, complete no show. This is an awful way to run business, I’m glad it’s not an emergency service needed. Would not recommend to anyone!

Bought a filter and pond bobber for pond system. Bobber lasted a year and sank to the bottom! Called was told they only have 90 warranty! Last one I had from another company lasted 15yrs!

Doug was quick to answer my message and even met us at the store to get us a replacement so she wouldn’t be without water for another day. Thanks so much for such awesome customer service. We had Matt come out and test our water. He was very professional and personable. A Kinetico RO system was installed along with a whole house system. We are in love with our water! They were very accommodating with the install also. Worth every penny.
