I was recently referred and the process started off fine. I filled in the online intake form and received the initial response email quickly. That email asked for me to confirm the time frame for a consultation. After responding to the email I never heard back, I assumed the confirmation was all that was needed. Dr. Natalie Friedrich is the absolute best! I am very picky when it comes to doctors. She truly is the best of the best. We used her to evaluate my young son. She's so kind and compassionate. She takes her time to walk you through the entire process and makes sure she answers all your questions, addresses all your concerns, and gathers any and all outside information that could assist her. There are no words that I can express about Dr Friedrich. From the very beginning she was so kind and listened to all of my concerns. She walked us through the whole evaluation process, diagnoses and tools as well as direction after the evaluation. For parents who have needed this for a long time she brought us peace for our family. We highly recommend her to anyone with a little one who needs help in a very broken system that does not make it easy for evaluations using insurance.
