They responded well and helped set up appointments. Their staff was very friendly!
She cancelled and rescheduled 4 separate times. Always has an excuse. I got the impression she just doesn't want to be at work.
I don’t know what kind of a hot mess this business is running, but they don’t answer their phones and they don’t return calls. Given their line of work, that’s shameful.
