I had a gel manicure here on Wednesday, on friday, the polish cracked. The manicurist's name is Kathy- she is bad, rough, and hurt my fingers many times. pls don't go to this shop! BAD!Bad service!!!

Got my nails done here with my grandmother before 5/7/2025 because we were going on a trip to switzerland to see where our ancestors came from. I'm home now, almost 3 weeks later and my gel nails are still holding up. I also got a suggestion to watch Crash Landing on You, and I wanted to say thank you for the suggestion. I watched while we were in Switzerlandl and now that I'm home I am listening to the music and crying happy and sad tears. The "song for my brother" has me the most. I got a dip manicure and a basic pedi and my dip is chipping one day after. I had also left with something all over my hand (see photo) and some polish on skin. When I walked in there were was only one other person, I was able to get in without an appointment. The ambiance was not there but the pedicure chair was comfortable. The color options were limited and they didn't have many dip colors that matched the normal polish for toes. Went on a Saturday had an appointment but had to wait an hour. No apology for the wait they rushed through doing my nails and they came out lopsided and crooked on one hand. My mom got a 30 minute foot massage but the lady mainly slapped her legs versus massaging her feet. Won’t be back!
