I feel this experience deserves honest feedback. My pedicure felt rushed from beginning to end. The technician (Louie) was not welcoming, and I never felt like my business was appreciated!!! I also noticed that no complimentary water or beverage was offered, which is something this salon provides to help create a relaxing experience. I just got my nails done on Saturday, it was almost close because I had gotten off work late. I wanted French tip dip, and my artist was cece. She did an absolute fantastic job! I’m new to getting my nails done, and I’ve been to luminous before and they’ve done great. I get anxious because I want them to look good since I don’t get them much and cece delivered. Amazing nail artist and I’m absolutely coming back and booking with her!
I have been here twice lately and my nails have been nothing like I ask for. The colors are way off and within a few days the dip is cracking. They use cheap products, they try to hurry and it shows. One time I was so upset because my natural nails were showing under the tip and when I ask them to fix them, I was sitting there and like 5 other techs came over to see what was wrong.
