Disappointed on this snowflake and all nails look crooked. She was nice but the work was not worth the cost.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I came from CA to visit family. I brought my mom with me to get her nails done to treat her..I asked for the first photo and told her instead of the checkers to give me a flower but she wasn’t understanding and SHE said “Whatever just send me a picture.” I sent her BOTH the flower and the manicure I wanted and she STILL did not understand so I said “just copy the first photo!” And she STILL got it wrong. I showed what I wanted and she made it happen. Very friendly atmosphere.
Took my daughter to get a full set. Jennifer was shown a simple picture,not a lot of details for a set of nails. She said I can do that no problem. My daughter waited an hour to be seen. The set she applied was extremely curved like cat claws and my daughter asked her to fix multiple times and she wanted to argue.
