I had an appointment with my usual place that I have been going to for years for myself and my two daughters. When we showed up there, all the chairs were full and none were even close to being finished. I was upset because why should I have to wait when I made the appointment ahead of time? So, I left. Great little hole in the wall nail salon that cuts hair. Friendly professional staff.
Disappointed on this snowflake and all nails look crooked. She was nice but the work was not worth the cost.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I came from CA to visit family. I brought my mom with me to get her nails done to treat her..I asked for the first photo and told her instead of the checkers to give me a flower but she wasn’t understanding and SHE said “Whatever just send me a picture.” I sent her BOTH the flower and the manicure I wanted and she STILL did not understand so I said “just copy the first photo!” And she STILL got it wrong.
