I really wanted to like this nail salon but the customer service was just not it for me. I was a walk in (on a slow Tuesday afternoon) (due to my work schedule it’s hard to schedule appointments.) As soon as I walked in the staff was immediately bothered by me not having an appointment. The entire time they continued to make comments about how important having an appointment is.
