I absolutely love coming to Luminous! The staff is the best and VERY accommodating. The spa itself is gorgeous... I feel like a princess there. I am always happy with all of the services I receive and recommend everyone check this one stop shop, for getting glam, out!
I had a treatment here and as a result I am feeling unwell and am seeking medical treatment. I am extremely unsatisfied. When I contacted the owner about a refund she threatened me with a lawsuit and has continued to do so. Not exactly how you should treat your customers
When I came to this salon everyone was so friendly and nice! I was greeted and had my coat hung up for me right away. Nicole who was my stylist did a wonderful job of listening to exactly what I wanted done with my hair and doing it. I will definitely be back! :)
