Woke to a house with partial power, the kitchen was down including our fridge / freezer. I called Luminous and explained the situation. Luminous was quick to respond and had Dalton out to our home in under 2 hours. Dalton was amazing to work with. Dalton found the issue quickly and then explained the issue and our options for fixing with various options for upgrades if we were interested. Amazing service got to my house earlier than scheduled time. Seen my house on Facebook in fire dept. Started texting me during panel was smoking and I was with firemen. Moved up service 4 days earlier and boy did I appreciated that. Explained everything they were doing step by step. Highly recommend by me. I only wish is if First Energy was that quick with turning power on. We are going to remodel kitchen and nobody else is wiring. I will be calling them and anytime I have a electrical issue. Great experience with this company for an HVAC check up/Service. There was a $69 service fee but this also covered what they did. It wasn’t an extensive service but it did get my unit running cooler and I was able to let my new tenants know they unit is is good working order. I appreciated that they didn’t come out and try to upsell me expensive parts or a new unit which is what two other companies did to the tune of $3000-$8000.
