Definitely recommend using this team, especially with the heat pump rebates going on. They handled everything and I truly haven’t had to worry about a single thing from ordering, to the rebate, to the installation. Erick and Otis were absolutely great technicians. Dalton was incredibly helpful and educational. He was able to get all our fire alarms installed and stayed later to complete it in one trip instead of having to split it into two days. I signed up to have your company do regular HVAC and furnace check ups as well. Thank you!
I highly recommend Luminous Electric Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for any of your home projects. Specifically, we had some lights that needed to be hung in a challenging part of our home. Electrician Jorge Pastrana did an outstanding job! Not only did Jorge flawlessly hang our lights, he made sure his work area was spotless once he completed his work. He was very conscientious and took pride in his work. Managing Partner & Service Director Justin Henkenberns has a great crew at Luminous! I’ll use them again.
