They are a big rip off, I am on to them for 1,200 this is 75 foa a trip here, 310 for an analysis which took 2 minutes. 385 for a permit they didn't need and a 325 re stocking fee since I canceled them because they wanted to charge 6,000 to do the job.
today Kyle and Rodman came to install my new ceiling fan on my lanai. They were on time and very capable gentlemen and completed the job while explaining to me the steps involved. We hired Luminous for our panel upgrades and portable generator hookup. After interviewing their electrician Jack ****** we trusted him to do it right. With two existing main panels on two different floors, and a pair of bonded neutral Duromax inverter generators to power our house, this was not a routine job. Excellent service! Don't usually leave reviews. But they were responsive, timely and solved our issues quickly. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.
For professional, knowledgeable service, call Luminous. We received three quotes to rewire a nearly 100-year old house. While their initial price was the highest, we were certain that everything necessary was included in that price, including a warranty. They rewired the entire house, installed a waterless hot water heater and ceiling fans, and the number of outlets required to meet code. Great service, attention to detail, prompt, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Replaced my old doorbell and installed a new doorbell camera, ran new wire, and installed a doorbell transformer, as well as replaced my outside surge protection for the house. Couldn't be happier with the service. Would recommend to anyone!

Very High Prices. . . Low Quality In Dec, 2020 I had an electrician from Luminous Electric replace an existing fan with a new one. Before installation, he told me it would cost $250. (They won't give you a price when you make an appointment, only after the electrician has seen the job.) He installed and tested it on one speed, and everything was fine. On 12/4 ******* called in to make an appointment because of a clicking noise and we rescheduled the appointment accordingly. ******* then rescheduled due to the fan manufacturer stating she needed to let it run for up to 72 hours and let the new fan go through a trial period. I want to start by saying that I am a consumer advocate and I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. I called several electricians to get a quote on installing a temporary electric pole for new construction. I had no idea how expensive and complicated the process could be.
