I’ve been going to Luminis for nearly a decade, but my recent appointment with Crystal was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had there. Crystal was incredibly attentive—she asked thoughtful, detailed questions and truly went above and beyond. She didn’t just focus on the usual areas—she even worked on my face and jaw muscles (those masseters!). I walked out feeling better than ever, and I’ve already booked my next session with her!
I had a massage with Crystal-I could barely walk when I want in there because my sciatica was really bad! She worked wonders and was so patient. Thank you, thank you.
Today was my second time having a massage by Kat and I must say, she has magical hands. She focused on areas where I have discomfort and it felt wonderful. A little painful, but wonderful. I enjoyed it from the start until the end and feel better already. I wish I can come in weekly.
I had my facial done by Nicole, and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and made my skin feel so refreshed and glowing by the end. Nicole is also incredibly sweet and kind, which made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling pampered and cared for - I'll definitely be coming back for another session soon!
My wife and I have been members for the last few years and always look forward to our 90 minute massages. Membership allows for discounts on treatments, and upgrades. Both locations are great! My wife even hosted her own birthday spa party (at Lumi 1) with her girlfriends. Needless to say everyone had a fantastic time.
