This place is, so so. My massage therapist was friendly, but very loud. She was warm and I liked her but the massage was mediocre. She informed me their music wasn’t working so I could play something off my phone if I liked—which I did because a silent massage would be awkward. The place is clean but nothing special looking. The neighborhood is eh, not the best. Parking was easy but the walk to the locked front door (they have to unlock it to let you in) was unpleasant. I’ve been going to Luminis for nearly a decade, but my recent appointment with Crystal was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had there. Crystal was incredibly attentive—she asked thoughtful, detailed questions and truly went above and beyond. She didn’t just focus on the usual areas—she even worked on my face and jaw muscles (those masseters!). I walked out feeling better than ever, and I’ve already booked my next session with her!

I had a massage with Crystal-I could barely walk when I want in there because my sciatica was really bad! She worked wonders and was so patient. Thank you, thank you.

Today was my second time having a massage by Kat and I must say, she has magical hands. She focused on areas where I have discomfort and it felt wonderful. A little painful, but wonderful. I enjoyed it from the start until the end and feel better already. I wish I can come in weekly.

I had my facial done by Nicole, and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and made my skin feel so refreshed and glowing by the end. Nicole is also incredibly sweet and kind, which made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling pampered and cared for - I'll definitely be coming back for another session soon!
