This place changed life on so many levels:)!!!
If there were more stars, I'd add 'em! Krista is magical-- so gentle and intuitive. I had my first massage from her back in 2009; she worked on me during my pregnancy (and when my son arrived before I could choose a doula, she supported me during his birth in an unfamiliar hospital). From the very beginning I was amazed that a massage could BOTH feel gentle AND fix things. She keeps getting better and better, and now our sessions are primarily energy work that feel more effective than acupuncture.
What can I say? Krista is an AMAZING massage therapist who is so knowledgeable not just in the muscles of the human body, but the connection between the physical being and the spiritual being. She works hard at her craft in all aspects and is infinitely kind, caring, and compassionate. I'm a fellow bodyworker who has since moved out of state. Whenever I return to MPLS, I make sure to book. She's that good. Her impact on my physical and spiritual being is immeasurable. Thank you!!
