I only had one visit but it was a really rude experience. I brought my Patient Advocate and Fiance with me as I get anxious at doctors office and it's easier to not relay information. The unprofessional we experienced made it easy for me to discharge myself and cancel my first follow up. A place that's plastered with Kindness all over seems to expect it from the patients than their team.
