So this used to be a pediatric office with Julie Venuti and Jane Roach. That was like 3ish years ago. Place was stellar. When I tell you those women went ABOVE AND BEYOND... When I gave birth end of 2021 with my second child, my daughter had a long and difficult NICU stay. Julie Venuti (pediatrician/ NP) came there near daily to advocate for us because I was adamant that they didn't give my daughter formula. Very rude receptionist when asking about how to set up an appointment for primary care and told her my work schedule was a little off setting than most but just told me to call back when I can figure something out, she acts like I set my own schedule. Not going to set up primary care here thanks anyway.

Marie Yasin and Luminous Health Crofton are an incredibly unprofessional provider and office. I needed to ask a question to my PCP, Marie Yasin, so I sent a message through my chart back in March. She never answered, I sent another message. Still, no reply. I called the office during office hours (three times, once a week for three weeks) and nobody picked up the phone. My elderly mother called to make an appointment. She couldn't understand the receptionist. The receptionist hung up on her. My mother called back and left a message with her number at approximately 9 A.M.. They never called her back...

I have been a patient here for about 20 years and I agree with the recent posts that it has gone downhill. I need a prescription refill which was denied when the pharmacy called it in. I have been trying to get a response to 2 left voice messages for more than a week. I finally called the front desk and was told that she would put an urgent message into the provider to call me or refill. Two days later and no message/no refill. I have been out of my medicine for days. I don't know what the problem is.
