I would never recommend this place. Went there for my boyfriends knee. The appointment was at 5 and the receptionist was in a rush and wouldn't take us as a self pay. She ran it through insurance instead. Later in the appointment the nurse comes back saying we have to be a self pay due to it being a work injury. Well I got a bill for the portion left after being charged to insurance. I called right away and had to leave a message for a manager because the billing clerk couldn't fix it. I had a hip replaced in 2007. A knee replaced in 2009. Carpel tunnel in 2009. Shoulder (arthritis) 2016-present! Each time using OSMC, as well as their physical therapy! So I would say I am very satisfied! Have recommended them too. Thank you.
Dr Holt, Caty Platnick and all the staff are wonderful!!! They have taken great care of my daughter. I will continue to recommend them!!!
My husband hurt his neck and the initial Orthopedist we were scheduled to see did not have an appointment available for another 3 weeks. I found this office online and my husband couldn't have received better care!! From the Receptionist to the CNP, the kindness and compassion was truly experienced and felt. Should we need to return, we'll gladly do so!
Dr. King is awesome! I recommend anyone who has knee problems to go see him. You will have to wait a bit before getting an appointment but it's worth it. He doesn't rush through patients, really takes time to explain and listen. Sometimes you have to wait a little past your appointment time, but it's because he cares about his patients!
Dr Verklin , Jill and James gave excellent care. Didn't have to wait at all to be seen.
I would never recommend this office to anyone! I arrived 3 minutes late for a first time visit to get and MRI done on my lower spine that has been aching for about 1 1/2 months while I waited 3 weeks for this appointment. I called ahead of time as a precaution because lanes were completely shut down on RT50 going towards Annapolis. I can't even walk in a straight standing position and this office turned me away when I came in.
