Very disappointed with the care at this medical center. My family member wax in a very vulnerable mental health situation, but some staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little empathy. Patients in crisis deserve compassion, not attitude.

This location was wonderful and I wish there were more of them in the state. The only ask is to have social workers advise not imply or coerce patients to go into residency. Leave those decisions to the patient and the family at large. I know the mental health space is tricky with HIPPA laws. But once release of information from patient is provided make it a holistic approach. A one side fits all approach does not always work. I was a patient here. I was and still am suicidal. They discharged me even when I told them that I was still unsafe and I might hurt myself when I get out but they deemed I was “better”. Not even two weeks later I was hospitalized again. I told them I was still very suicidal and they didn’t listen to me. I’m only giving two stars Becuase the nurses and environment is nice.
