I stayed here for two weeks. I want to say Dr. Anderson was a god send. You can tell he truly got into it for all the right reasons. While some nurses were kind its very dishearting that a alot treat you terrible when you're already in a vulnerable spot. I know it's a psychiatric hospital so you see all walks of life. If I could I'd give this place negative stars I visited a loved one that was there staff started an argument with my loved one on purpose so she could cut our visit short. Staff don't relay messages nor do the tell the truth. My loved one I kind of feared for them after that they are nasty and rude. And I already contacted the number at the end of all other posts and they'll say we are sorry for your experience we hope everything works out well

Very disappointed with the care at this medical center. My family member wax in a very vulnerable mental health situation, but some staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little empathy. Patients in crisis deserve compassion, not attitude.

This location was wonderful and I wish there were more of them in the state. The only ask is to have social workers advise not imply or coerce patients to go into residency. Leave those decisions to the patient and the family at large. I know the mental health space is tricky with HIPPA laws. But once release of information from patient is provided make it a holistic approach. A one side fits all approach does not always work.
