I was a patient here. I was and still am suicidal. They discharged me even when I told them that I was still unsafe and I might hurt myself when I get out but they deemed I was “better”. Not even two weeks later I was hospitalized again. I told them I was still very suicidal and they didn’t listen to me. I’m only giving two stars Becuase the nurses and environment is nice. Went in 2020, was excellent. Great food, great staff, cool crazy clients.
HORRIBLE facility they let my mom go today with no medication and in the same condition because they don’t have proper interpreters for my mom and her emergency contact which is my aunt , having delusions and paranoia , they let the trigger constantly communicate with her and didn’t take in consideration what my mom told my aunt threatening self harm and harm for her trigger (her alcoholic husband) all calls are recorded and if something happens to my mom the hospital will have full liability for being negligent.
