Let me start with saying my Doc was nice and my phlebotomist was AMAZING. The issue is the communication is awful. They make you use a portal but then don't respond at all. It's been almost a month and my doctor has only responded once. I still can't get my medication because she won't respond to the pharmacy either. Tried calling but the only option to talk to someone is for setting appointments. Even then I had to leave a message after being on hold for 20min and no one called me back. Just echoing others negative comments. I recently had thyroid cancer and dealt with this practice for my follow up treatment and every step of the way it was a NIGHTMARE. They messed up my insurance paperwork, gave me the wrong scheduling info, and never communicated any results to me. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find a different provider. I wish I had sooner.
Trying to get ahold of a your physician assistant for an issue in a timely manner is impossible. And I say physician assistant because they don’t want to give you a real doctor. Even the last doctor we had there was incompetent. This whole entire place is a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a fairly quick appointment to be seen for abnormal thyroid levels. Well now I know why. This office is ran terribly. If you call you only get someone at a call center. Sending messages through the portal is frustrating, no one gets back to you in a timely manner, or sends a helpful response. I’ve had to send repeat messages to follow up to finally get a response.
