If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a fairly quick appointment to be seen for abnormal thyroid levels. Well now I know why. This office is ran terribly. If you call you only get someone at a call center. Sending messages through the portal is frustrating, no one gets back to you in a timely manner, or sends a helpful response. Horrible. It is impossible to get a phone call back or to speak to a provider. I have called countless times and so has my insurance company and I cannot seem to get anywhere. Every time I call I am told they will get a message over to my office and copied the managers on it but still do not get a returned call. What should be resolved in a day or 2 still has not been resolved over months.
Do not go here, the office can't be bothered to respond and Dr Saba Ahmed just blamed me for my bad blood test results. The reply is a lie I have called that exact number and promised a call the same day, 3 days now no call. And just tried that number again guess what put on hold again to be told no one is available and someone will call me back again which they obviously are incapable of doing. So after a week someone finally called me and had an attitude with me and was not helpful at all.
Was referred here by my GP and saw Dr. Shanaz. Only had two appointments and decided I would not be returning. Each appointment felt like a formality to get a prescription. Dr. Shanaz didn’t seem interested in giving me actual medical advice, instead she told me to “decrease the amount of calories I eat by 1,000 until I can’t anymore”. If there was zero that's what it would have been Saw this doctor today for the first time. Got the after visit summary. She started I had stopped my meds weeks ago, never told her that and not true. In fact she put me in for a blood test to see how well they were working as she was not familiar with the delivery method prescribed by another physician.
