Trying to get ahold of a your physician assistant for an issue in a timely manner is impossible. And I say physician assistant because they don’t want to give you a real doctor. Even the last doctor we had there was incompetent. This whole entire place is a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a fairly quick appointment to be seen for abnormal thyroid levels. Well now I know why. This office is ran terribly. If you call you only get someone at a call center. Sending messages through the portal is frustrating, no one gets back to you in a timely manner, or sends a helpful response. I’ve had to send repeat messages to follow up to finally get a response. Horrible. It is impossible to get a phone call back or to speak to a provider. I have called countless times and so has my insurance company and I cannot seem to get anywhere. Every time I call I am told they will get a message over to my office and copied the managers on it but still do not get a returned call. What should be resolved in a day or 2 still has not been resolved over months.

Do not go here, the office can't be bothered to respond and Dr Saba Ahmed just blamed me for my bad blood test results. The reply is a lie I have called that exact number and promised a call the same day, 3 days now no call. And just tried that number again guess what put on hold again to be told no one is available and someone will call me back again which they obviously are incapable of doing. So after a week someone finally called me and had an attitude with me and was not helpful at all.
