The doctor was a little too specialized for what I needed.
Let me start with saying my Doc was nice and my phlebotomist was AMAZING. The issue is the communication is awful. They make you use a portal but then don't respond at all. It's been almost a month and my doctor has only responded once. I still can't get my medication because she won't respond to the pharmacy either. Tried calling but the only option to talk to someone is for setting appointments. Even then I had to leave a message after being on hold for 20min and no one called me back.
