On Wednesday November 19, I had a follow-up appointment at Luminis Health Breast Center Annapolis with Nurse Practitioner Victoria Shellem. This was my second visit with her and it felt like it was the first visit. She was disconnected from my concerns and questions and just seem to not show care at all.
