I bought a package of skin treatments of over $500 at Luminiq, but due to a change of ownership they said they owed me a refund. They said this would be paid from the 11th April and I’m still waiting. I’ve attempted to call and email them but haven’t yet received a response.
WOW finally a great doctors clinic. I have been recommending my family and friends since going here. Bulk Bill and fabulous service. Beautiful clean rooms and a calming vibe.
I can’t thank Dr Ania enough for her kindness and care towards myself & my husband. Not only is she empathetic-she really listens to her patients & is extremely thorough. An incredible doctor. 5 stars isn’t enough. Her receptionist John is a superstar as well.
Such an incredible experience so far at Luminiq! Attended for chronic acne issues as I was sick of pouring money into products and professionals without seeing any results. Started with a GP consult which was very thorough and in depth then followed with a skin consultation with Michelle (who is extremely knowledgeable & caring!). I've been coming to luminiq for 6 months now and Michelle has been absolutely amazing. Working with me to find products and solutions that have helped me dramatically remove my acne and scarring. Both Drs are also great, very kind and non judgmental, I've left everytime feeling valued. I highly recommend coming here!
