I received several LMD (lymphatic manual drainage) massages from Mary Beth. She is so talented and knowledgeable! She did extra research to give me expert advice for my unique situation. After each session, I felt noticeably less swollen and my clothes fit better for the whole week. I feel so fortunate to have found her in Franklin!

They have Greatly improved my mobility to bend over & pick things off the floor. While driving I can now see out the rear seat windows to check for traffic. For 10 yrs i had to turn my whole body to check for traffic. In 5 weeks they accomplished what 2+ yrs of phy therapy had not been able to do. Unfortunately med ins does not cover this BUT it is worth the $$ to get relief & actually GET BETTER. Thank you. !

Fred's deep tissue massage is the Real Deal. I've only seen him twice and he's already fixed some lingering issues I've had for years. Definitely recommend giving them a shot, you won't regret it.

I was visiting the area this weekend and received a cupping session from Fred Nault it was amazing. I have received massages from both Mary Beth and Fred at different times they are both wonderful highly skilled Therapeutic Massage Therapists. I have received deep tissue and Cupping from both. You would be hard pressed to find better. I highly recommend them both.
