What a joke. Pathetic property management. Avoid as its managed by Conam Property Management. Note the 1.8 stars out of 45 reviews. These people are total dimwitted scumbags.
The professionalism, punctuality, very polite, and helpful maintenance crew assigned has been like night and day. Alex and his team are great . I appreciate the follow through and his efforts to help with many aspects of maintenance, parking issues, random Boulder crime from others outside complex, and such. Huge difference from the previous management crew. Thank you to Alex and his crew!

Don’t rent from this company. ConAm has a reputation for treating their tenants like trash, they have the worst customer service ever! Their interest list has tons of problems so that should be your first sign to stay away! If you choose to stay with them you’ll need to fill out a hard copy form at the specific complex you want to stay. Expect 0 communication from staff during your stay, work orders for maintenance take forever, and they’ll allow just about anyone in as a tenant. New management was pretty good for the first week or two. Now they refuse to respond to calls and will threaten you with eviction for asking they respond. Conam is lazy and immature. Our local meth head can blast music till 3 am every night and bring in trouble but I can’t request they do their jobs. Google search CONAM the new management here and the reviews will speak for themselves. They will ignore every last attempt at communication and rob you blind the second you turn your back.
