I am trying to help a friend with contacting the leasing office because conam got over paid, and now the leasing office got bought out by beacon. They are never open and no one ever answers. If you happen to get someone in the phone they are so rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful it's unbelievable. The places need a ton of work. Their maintenance guy does not know construction. What a joke. Pathetic property management. Avoid as its managed by Conam Property Management. Note the 1.8 stars out of 45 reviews. These people are total dimwitted scumbags.
The professionalism, punctuality, very polite, and helpful maintenance crew assigned has been like night and day. Alex and his team are great . I appreciate the follow through and his efforts to help with many aspects of maintenance, parking issues, random Boulder crime from others outside complex, and such. Huge difference from the previous management crew. Thank you to Alex and his crew!
