BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. My 2 grandsons had appointments for the Crossroads clinic this morning and we arrived for our appointment only to find THE DOORS LOCKED!!! This place is so NON PROFESSIONAL , NON CARING for the people that put their trust into them !!!! They COULDN'T BE BOTHETED to pick up the phone and schedule the clients left hanging to another Clinic or to CALL and say we're closed . Horrible communication skills. Over the course of the last two months I've been given the runaround by them to coordinate my own x-rays and MRI. After them not following up with my insurance company after promising they'd do so, to now refusing to answer or return any messages of mine for a follow up appointment I'm pretty done with this place. Hopefully I can change my PCP because it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone from the office. Don't have an answering machine if you're not going to return phone calls.... read more
